Biographical / Historical

The Palmier was established in 2020 at Tufts University as an undergraduate culinary publication to unite people through the culinary arts. The Palmier published its first online article in April of 2020 and launched its first print edition in December 2020. The Palmier is intended to provide a space for people to share their experiences, traditions, recipes, research, and knowledge about food. Issues contain recipes, which are intentionally inclusive of dietary restrictions, as well as articles on a variety of food-related topics.
