This collection consists of editions of the culinary magazine, The Palmier.

Biographical / Historical

The Palmier is a Tufts undergraduate culinary publication that was founded in 2020. The goal of the publication is to unite people through the culinary arts and provide outlets for people to share their experiences, traditions, recipes, research, and knowledge about food. Topics of the publication include recipes, culinary history, and the social impact of food on culture.

Processing Information

This collection was processed by Records and Accessioning Archivist, Jane Kelly, in April 2022. Material was placed in archival folders. An item-level inventory and series-level descriptions were created, and the finding aid was created at the time of processing.
