Processing Information

This collection was processed by Leah Edelman in 2018. Materials were placed in archival boxes if the original housing was damaged, and loose materials were placed in folders where needed. Received rough chronological order was maintained. Data from initial cataloging provided by the Office of the Board of the Trustees was repurposed to create detailed file level records for photographic prints, negatives, and CDs. Series-level description as well as a finding aid were also created at the time of processing.

Series 2 was more fully processed in fall 2021 by Records and Accessioning Archivist, Jane Kelly. CDs were stabilized using Bagger by Archives and Research Assistant Cassandra Anderson in 2020 -- 2021. The CDs were originally in three binders, Binder A, Binder B, and Binder C. Digital files were copied to Box for access. A file-level inventory was created, and series and collection-level description were updated at the time of processing.
