Biographical / Historical

The Tufts School of Nutrition Science and Policy was established in 1981 and renamed the Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy in 2001. Its mission is to improve the nutritional health and well-being of populations throughout the world.

This collection is organized chronologically into one series.

Processing Information

This collection is processed and open for research. 2019-2021 accessions were processed by Records and Accessioning Archivist Jane Kelly in 2019-2021. Materials were bagged using Bagger and ingested to MIRA. Received chronological order was maintained. A file-level inventory was created, and series and collection-level description were updated at the time of processing.
