Scope and Contents
This collection contains grade sheets, transcripts, grade change forms, card indices, degree requirement forms, declaration of minor and minor completion forms, credit slips, enrollment correction forms, recommendations for honors, letters of recommendation, and microfilmed student records from the College of Liberal Arts; College of Engineering; College of Arts, Sciences, and Engineering; Jackson College; College of Special Studies; Fletcher School; and School of War Services [Navy V-12]; as well as some grade point average/rank in class lists from the College of Engineering. There is also some material collected and created by the Office of the Registrar, Arts, Sciences and Engineering including correspondence, memos, reports, statistics, and academic articles. Records from other schools may be included as well. Please check individual series descriptions for further information.

This collection is organized in nine series: Grade reports; Grade changes; Transcripts; Grade point average and class rank lists; Card indices; Microfilmed student records and transcripts; Engineering student files; 2017 accessions; and Unprocessed accessions.

Immediate Source of Acquisition
Transferred by the Office of the Registrar, ASE, 1975-2023.
Processing of Engineering student files and 2017 accessions completed by Leah Edelman in 2016-2017. Materials were placed in archival boxes if the orignal housing was damaged; received order was maintained. A box-level inventory and series-level description were created and the finding aid was updated at the time of preliminary processing. Processing of 2018 accessions completed by Leah Edelman and Sadhya Garg in 2018-2019. Materials were placed in archival boxes if the orignal housing was damaged; received order was maintained. A file-level inventory was created and records were imported to Series 3. 2023 accessions were processed by Kate McNally, Records and Accessioning Archivist, in July 2023. File-level description was created and the finding aid was updated at the time of processing.
