This collection contains the records of the Office of Finance and Planning.

Arrangement

This collection is organized into three series: Financing/Capital planning; Committee records; and Planning and budgeting.

Custodial History

Transfer of University Records to the archives from the Office of Finance and Planning, circa 1989.

Processing Information

Created three series for the collection: Financing/Capital Planning, Committee Records, and Planning and Budgeting Records. All folders were re-foldered, some labels were missing, but titles were easily obtained by looking at the records. Dates were added when missing. Additional descriptive information added to folder titles if needed (e. g. if folder contained minutes and agendas from council meetings). Folders were slightly rearranged, first alphabetically and then chronologically. No weeding or restoration work was done.
