Cross-Border Relations Beyond the Referendum Challenges and Opportunities, 2010-03-29 -- 2010-03-31

This report summarizes the discussions and conclusions of the State Workshop on cross-border challenges. In particular it documents aspirations brought to the workshop by members, articulates needs of border communities, records scenarios workshop participants excpected following the agreement, discussed the historical arrangements for cross-border relations, and lists proposed principles to mediate cross-border relations in the future.
