Abstract:
Prior to 1978, an interdisciplinary class was taught on Decision Making. Presumably the professors involved in teaching this class and publishing the book called, Making Decisions formed the Center for the Study of Decision-Making. In 1988, they hosted a Management Decision-Making Institute. Dr. Jeffery Z. Rubin of the Psychology Department at Tufts University founded the Center for the Study of Decision Making. In 1988, Hugo Adam Bedau was the director of the Center.
